Privacy policy of the «Monosnap» project («PROJECT»)

The security of your personal information is important to us. We do not hold any liability for any personal data or any sensitive information you provided.

This Addition to Privacy Policy explains how Monosnap collects, uses, stores, processes and safeguards the information obtained from our users, visitors and partners (collectively, "You" or "User"). Also, it tells about your rights and choices with respect to your information. We care about your privacy and want to make sure you’re aware of your options to control your data on Monosnap. Please read this Addtion to aacy Policy carefully to get our purposes for collecting and using information about you.

Important! It's not necessary to register Monosnap account to use Monosnap. You need an account for storing and uploading files to the Monosnap cloud storage. If you are using another cloud storage, you don’t need an account.

Monosnap application will work without using an account, but without it, you will not be able to store files in the Monosnap cloud storage. If you are using another cloud storage, you don’t need an account.

How Monosnap collects information?

Account information. Monosnap account allows to upload and store your files on the Monosnap cloud storage in a public way. It's not necessary to register Monosnap account to use Monosnap. If you want to use another cloud storage, you don’t need an account. After creating an account on the Monosnap, we collect next data:

  • Your nickname
  • Your account icon/photo
  • Contact information (your email)
  • And other information you provide during registration
Your nickname and photo will be available to all users by a link on the file page. You can always update your information.

Your content. Monosnap collects and store your uploaded files and information about files: filename, upload data and amount of views. All this information will be available to all users by a link for downloading, copying and adding to own Monosnap account. If you share your files on the third-parties services, this files may be indexed by search engines and be republished on the Internet. You can always delete or edit your content in the Monosnap cloud storage.

Communications. If you communicate with us via Monosnap application you send us your account information and information about your device: operating system, Monosnap version and hardware data. Also, you may send us Monosnap application logs with your settings, Monosnap application errors and your activity in Monosnap application which can help us to understand your issue, for example. We can receive this information only if you send a feedback with logs. You can disable this option in the feedback preferences.

Device Information. We collect information about your device, including IP address, operating system, Monosnap's version, web browser type, language codes. We use this information to develop, test and improve Monosnap.

Integrated services. You can elect to sign in or sign up to Monosnap account throught a linked Networks (i.e. Facebook). If you elect to use Facebook account, we receive a certain profile and account information about you from Facebook. Third-Party Analytics. We use Google Analytics Service that helps us analyze how users use Monosnap service. Please read Google Analytics Privacy Policy: All information such as your type of device, version of a browser and other information is collected and stored by Google servers. We don't sell and use this information for advertising. This information helps us to provide you better service (select appropriate language on site, for example) and improve, develop, test Monosnap service.

Deleted account. If you want to remove your Monosnap accout, please contact us -, we'll confirm your identity and delete the account. When we delete the account, we delete all your account information and all your files in Monosnap cloud storage permanently.

We don't sell any of your information to anyone for any purposes, and we never will. We use all this information to run Monosnap and provide you better Service.

How we protect information?
The security of your information is too important for us. has to implement safeguards to keep your information we collect in safe. Unfortunately, no service is completely secure or error-free. We recommend you to follow next rules to keep your data in safety: choosing a strong password and never tell your password to anyone.
